What could be more fun for a kid than getting to spar with their parent or beat their speed during line drills? Family class is a great opportunity for children and their grownups to team up for some friendly competition. We make it easy to make (almost) every night a Family Fun Night!

Doing routine activities as a family, particularly those that include a challenge or challenges to overcome, is hugely beneficial to building stronger relational bonds while creating lasting memories. There's something special about supporting one another as you each master new skills, build strength, and cultivate new levels of self-confidence.
