From Tiny Lions to the Pre-Black Belt Club level courses, all of our classes are structured with the intention of having students develop a strong foundation upon which to build the rest of their Martial Arts skill set. Classes are designed to be age-appropriate and include body weight cardio and strength training paired with personalized support in learning Tae Kwon Do curricula. Our hope is that all students leave our doors feeling invigorated, strong, and capable while implementing our five principals (discipline, respect, perseverance, courtesy and self-confidence) as they live and work within the community.
We offer a variety of classes throughout the week at our Powell, Ohio location to be sure that all of our students are able to join us twice per week.

Our class schedule is flexible so that students are able to attend at their convenience.
We recommend attending a minimum of two classes per week.
Tiny Lions classes meet your child where they are developmentally. You will notice an increase in balance, coordination, memorization, focus and listening,
motor skills, team work, and character development. These skills are refined using fun, safe exercises, games and activities.
TEENS & ADULTS
Teens & Adults classes incorporate a modern approach to martial arts in order to help students get fit, stay in shape and have fun while learning practical self defense skills. The classes are designed to help build balance, strength, flexibility, and confidence while alleviating stress.
Children's classes are designed to meet the needs and challenges of students between the ages of 6-12. Classes are divided by age and teach skills that each child can use at school and at home, such as respect, goal setting, responsibility, self-defense,
and team work.
Family classes are a unique and fun opportunity to pack some quality time into your evening. These classes focus on parents and kids working together on character development, physical fitness, and practical self defense skills. Family class is reserved for parents and children to learn side by side.
